  Requested fabric samples from this company, about 2.5 weeks later had a fee to pay notice from Royal mail through the door. Had to visit delivery office and pay a fee to receive the letter as postage had not been paid to the full amount. Turns out it was the fabric samples and Aspire had not bothered to pay the full amount of postage. Contacted them asking to pay the fee and did not get a response back! Despite claims of "free unlimited fabric samples". I think that's a pretty good indication of the level of customer service.
